The notification for the course of MBA/MMS (Master of Management Sciences) course offered by various colleges in Maharashtra is as given below.

The written test will carry total marks of 200. The cut-off marks in CET is the minimum score by the candidate, which makes him/her eligible to seek admission to MBA/MMS course in the State of Maharashtra. The cut-off mark in MAH-MBA/MMS-CET 2011 is 30 marks out of 200. In case of All India CET [CAT-2010] the Cut-off is the percentile in these CETs equivalent to percentile corresponding to 30 marks in MAH-MBA/MMS-CET 2011. For candidates appearing in both the tests, the better of the two scores shall be considered for deciding the merit for ALL India Seats subject to the fulfillment of condition of the cut-off marks.
The candidate must have recognized Bachelor’s degree of minimum 3 years duration in any discipline with minimum 50% marks.
The application fee is Rs 1150 for General category and Rs 950 for Reserved Category. The application form can be got from select Post offices given on the link www.dte.org.in/mba/StaticPages/frmMaharashtraMAP.aspx. The applicants can also apply online. The application form can be deposited at various form receipt centres given on the link http://dte.org.in/mba/StaticPages/frmARCFacilitationCenters.aspx.
Candidates having valid work experience should send their original Work Experience certificates(as per proforma) by speed post/courier/hand delivery to following address, so as to reach The Director, Sydenham Institute of Management Studies & Research and Entrepreneurship Education (SIMSREE), B Road, Churchgate, Mumbai 400 020.
Please note that registration for centralized admission process (CAP) is important for GD/PI purposes irrespective of whether a candidate has appeared in CET or not.
