There were 4 passages in Reading Comprehension passage. The section was on the difficult side with around 90% inferential questions. The number of possible correct attempts could be between 6-7. In the VA section the questions on Parajumbles, Spelling and Sentence Correction should have been attempted. The vocabulary section was comparatively difficult with difficult words. The verbal section was comparatively difficult compared to last year. The cut-off for this section is expected to be around 7.5-8.5. The total time allocation should have been around 30 minutes.

The questions on Arithmetic were from Time and speed, Work, SI/CI, Profit and Loss, Partnerships and Average. The questions on Algebra were from P&C, Probability, Quadratic equations, Greatest Integer Function, Set Theory and Logarithms. The questions were on moderate side and the log questions should have been attempted. The questions on Higher Math were from Derivative Applications, Binomial Theorem, Exponential series, Trigonometry and Co-ordinate Geometry. 2 questions in this section should have been attempted. There were 2 questions each on Geometry and Mensuration, which were time consuming. Overall there were at least 9-10 sitters with majority of them from Arithmetic. The cut-off for this section is expected to be around 11-12. The total time allocation should have been around 35 minutes.

There were 4 logical arrangement caselets, of which 2 should have been attempted. There were 3 sets on Table, 2 of which were time consuming. The questions on Bar Graphs were moderate. The Miscellaneous question on Series and the lone question on Pie Chart were sitters. The cut-off for this section is expected to be around 10-11. The total time allocation should have been around 30 minutes.
This section has always been the key to determining whether one gets a call from IIFT or not. The questions were mainly from Business and Current GK with static GK having only 2-3 questions. The majority of questions were from Match the following types. The cut-off for this section is expected to be around 4-5. The time allocation could be around 20 minutes.
The overall level of the paper was on the medium side and scores and cut-offs are expected to go a little higher this time as compared to last year. Below is presented the summary of the above analysis.

The probable cut-off to get a GD/PI call for Delhi & Kolkata campus should be 34-35. There is no separate Cut-off for Delhi and Kolkata campus. There is no mention of sectional cut-off in the brochure, hence sectional cut-offs might be considered.
