The notification for the course MBA and MBA(MS),both full-time programmes 2011-2013 offered by Faculty of Management Studies (FMS), University of Delhi, is released with following details.
5th December, 2010 (Sunday) (2:00 PM – 4:00 PM)
There is no prescribed syllabus or format for this multiple choice 2-hour admission test. The previous admission tests usually tested the Quantitative ability, Verbal Ability, English comprehension and Analytical ability & Logical Reasoning skills. The percentile rank will be calculated on the basis of the category of the candidate. The final selection will be on the basis of written test, group discussion and interview.
The written test will be conducted at Ahmadabad, Amritsar, Bangalore, Bhopal, Bhubaneswar, Chandigarh, Chennai, Cochin, Delhi, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Kanpur, Kolkata, Mumbai, Nagpur, Patna, Pune, Varanasi and Visakhapatnam. However, FMS reserves the right to cancel any of the above centres at its own discretion. GD and personal interviews of successful candidates will be held in March/ April 2011.
Candidates applying for admission to the MBA full-time programme must have pursued at least a 3-year Bachelor's Degree programme after twelve years of formal schooling in any of the disciplines( with minimum requisite percentage mentioned below).
OR
Relaxation of 5% marks in the minimum eligibility will be allowed only to
candidates of the categories of SC/ST/OBC/PH/CW.
Seats are reserved as per Government of India rules. The reservations are subject
to candidates meeting the admission requirement of the Institute under different categories.
